A: We’re based in Charlotte, North Carolina! While we don’t have a walk-in retail shop just yet, our blooms are available through online orders, local delivery, and our flower workshops & events around the Charlotte area.

A: We specialize in thoughtfully curated seasonal arrangements using fresh, high-quality blooms. Whether it’s a birthday bouquet, sympathy arrangement, or a monthly floral delivery, we’ve got you covered.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: We currently offer next-day delivery within the Charlotte area for most orders placed before 2 PM. For special requests, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

A: Absolutely! When you join, you can share your flower preferences so we can personalize your arrangements to your taste, we need to know 14 days before your next delivery date is set to be delivered.

A: Yes — every bouquet comes with a handwritten note, and you can include personalized messages or special delivery requests at checkout.

Q: How do I make my flowers last longer?
A: Each delivery includes floral care water along with additional flower food, and a QR link to our blog that shares seasonal flower guides on the card.

General tip: change the water every 1–2 days, trim the stems at an angle, and keep them out of direct sun or heat.
